Facebook Lead Ads allow advertisers to collect contact information on potential customers. When a customer clicks an ad, a customizable form pops up. If the user submits a lead, dealers can follow up on these engagements.
However, Facebook does not sync these leads with any auto-specific CRMs, preventing dealerships from quickly capitalizing on these customers. In response, we developed a (free) tool that quickly and efficiently sends leads directly to a dealer’s CRM from Facebook.
