Conversations now integrates with Online Shopper allowing your customers to get the answers to their most important questions directly from your team while they’re actively customizing the vehicles in their digital garage.
In addition to chatting with your team, chat agents will be able to see which vehicles the customer has already added to their Online Shopper garage, and agents can even create a garage for those who haven’t started one yet.
Note: Only dealers who have BOTH Online Shopper and Conversations will be able take advantage of these features.
