The latest consumer consent updates to Conversations include:

  • Consumer Consent checkbox before a shopper can start a chat.
  • Informing shoppers that Ana Bot is a virtual assistant.
  • Updated SMS flow for double opt-in from shopper, and legal disclaimer for Send to Mobile.
