HOW DOES HE WORK WITH MY TEAM?
ALEX is the point guard. Every visitor that starts a Conversation with your dealership will be greeted by ALEX and chat with him first. For any questions or requests that ALEX doesn’t know how to help the customer with, he will politely transfer the chat to the most relevant human on your team (or our Managed Chat team).
