New Reporting Interface

We updated our dashboard to give you better clarity into how your Conversations are going, with:

  • a clear breakdown of chats answered by your team vs. our call center
  • a real-time lead count and conversion rate using math
  • a graph visualizing your peak traffic across locations and teams
  • and the ability to view this data through custom time and date ranges

 

It’s not your eyes — we blurred out sections for data privacy.

 

Additionally, our real-time lead report has been given a face-lift, with a nifty new feature that shows you the number of leads that you earned over any custom date range, with a per day average. This is one way you can see trends based on any internal changes or marketing campaigns.
