Here are the types of lead notifications you will receive with this feature:
- High Priority Lead Prospects: You will get notified of visitors that submitted a lead form on your website, and have a high Datium score, which means they are very likely to buy a car soon. Datium tracks shopping behavior across the web and rates individual shoppers from 1 to 5 on the probability that they will convert soon, so you’ll get a notification for shoppers rated 3 and above that come back to your website — with their contact info and shopping history — so you can reach out to them and close the deal.
- Missed Credit Applications: The Dashboard will notify you of credit applications that have been submitted by shoppers, that your sales team hasn’t viewed yet. These are shoppers that are taking steps to finance with you, but are left hanging, so it’s important to follow up soon.
- Overaged Vehicles: Finally, the dashboard will alert you of vehicles that have been in stock for too long, and need your attention to move off the lot.
