In this short bootcamp John Brooks of Nutrition361 gives us a simple set of tools we all can use to stop thinking about unrealistic diets, and start making healthy eating a realistic lifestyle that gets results.

John Brooks has a passion for helping top athletes achieve their best. Armed with a MS in Nutrition and Wellness from Benedictine University, for the past 15 years Chicago-native John Brook has been working as a certified nutritionist (CISSN) and personal trainer, using his first-hand experience in the supplement industry to help his clients achieve a total balance of fitness, nutrition, and mental toughness. When he’s able to take a break from consulting, John trains and competes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournaments.
