Joe began his career on the Ford assembly line at age 20, reading his college textbooks seconds at a time in between building cars, before moving up to Ford's Product Development and then Marketing and Sales Divisions. In 2008, after 10 years at Ford, Joe started his in career in automotive retail by increasing internet sales 300% for two dealerships as a GM. Then, in 2011, he combined his automotive experience and lifelong passion for computer programming to build the first iteration of the Dealer Inspire website platform, which has since spurred a team of 400+ employees serving over 2,000 dealers and 19 OEM programs with game-changing innovation. Joe spends his free time obsessing about product development and hanging out with his three kids, understanding wife, and crazy dog named Harley.

Marc is a Co-Founder of Dealer Inspire, leading several of our product and service-based teams with his automotive expertise and passion for innovation. Marc worked in automotive retail for 18 years, and his passion for digital marketing began when he saw its need for better online experiences. Marc has personally developed our award-winning paid search team and FUEL℠, arguably the most advanced dynamic ad program available for dealerships. He has since expanded his leadership to create synergies throughout our products and teams as we have grown from four to 400+ employees. In his free time Marc enjoys running, flying, and spending time with his wife and his two sons.

Greg joined our team from Cars.com, where he served as the VP of Strategy and Business Development. Greg earned an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 1998, and continuously developed his expertise in creating online advertising, marketing, and targeted business strategies designed to strengthen partnerships and success. A passionate leader who thrives on building teams and developing talent, Greg has proven to be a manager that inspires those around him.

Darren joins DI from Cars.com, bringing 20+ years of automotive experience from vendor, OEM, and dealer levels. His time spent working with the Chrysler Corporation, numerous auto groups, and Dealer.com shaped him into an industry leader, pushing for continuous progress in the digital marketplace. An avid speaker at automotive events across North America, Darren passionately advocates for innovation and real-world solutions in the automotive industry, aiming to enhance experiences for dealers and customers alike. Outside of the office he loves to run, golf, and spend time with his four children.

Dave brings extensive technology and software development experience to Dealer Inspire. With experience ranging from Fortune 500 companies down to 5-person startups, he has led development teams of all sizes to deliver advanced multifaceted applications that create immediate business value. As one of the first employees of Dealer Inspire, Dave has spearheaded some of DI’s most innovative features, from the True ROI Dashboard to the brand new Conversations platform. When not pounding the keys of his keyboard, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and non-hunting hunting dog.

Nicolle has more than twenty years of marketing experience at organizations like Ameritech, US Cellular, and Epsilon. Never backing from a challenge, she excels at creative problem solving and being a driver of growth, progress, and excellent client services. Four years ago she took a leap of faith and landed a Vice President role at Dealer Inspire, a start-up at the time. A true marketer and mentor at heart, Nicolle has managed a multitude of highly successful marketing campaigns, and prides herself on helping her team hone their skills to do the same. Coaching and supporting her growing team to succeed is her favorite part of working at DI.

Dan began working at Launch Digital Marketing in 2011 and oversaw the creation of the Graphic Design department. Bringing with him a passion for art and design, Dan bettered his craft by delving into the latest theories on conversion rate optimization and design for the web. His skill set has continued to grow since Dealer Inspire was created, as he has been instrumental in the intuitive UI/UX design of the platform. Dan now leads the Front End Development team, stressing innovation, reliability, and flexibility to his team while meeting the rapidly increasing demand for their product.

Erin started her career in automotive advertising and dove head first at the opportunity to build the digital arm of her first agency — working on everything from communications, SEO, content planning, and reporting. Craving more transparency for clients she discovered Dealer Inspire and grew with the company from a Senior Account Manager to Account Director. After 10 years in client services, Erin followed her passion for what made it all work — the people — and leapt into the Director of People Operations role. Today Erin oversees a team of 450+ employees managing satisfaction, benefits, performance management, and everything in-between.

Mark McCarthy

Mark leads an insanely talented squad of copywriters, designers, videographers, and motion design artists to create powerful brands and cross-channel campaigns — including our own. As one of our first employees, Mark takes great pride in being able to share our culture, team, and game-changing technology with the industry. On weekend mornings Mark enjoys watching dogs at the dog park with his fiancé, even though they don't have a dog, which has caused several awkward interactions when people ask "which is yours?"

Matthew grew up rebuilding RC cars and dirt bikes, and his first venture into entrepreneurship involved buying, restoring, and selling cars in high school. After college he was able to merge all of his interests — business, cars, and technology — by entering the automotive space and developing a passion for pushing the limits of conversion optimization and digital marketing. When Matthew met Joe, they quickly realized they shared a vision for how innovation could change automotive retail for the better, both for shoppers and dealers. Matthew continues to enjoy his go-fast toys and thinking about what the next adventure will be.

Jill leads a team dedicated to Dealer Inspire's OEM accounts, ensuring reliability, compliance, responsiveness, and innovative results. With an MBA from DePaul, a computer science degree from North Central College, and 13 years of experience providing custom eCommerce solutions in the trucking segment of the automotive industry, Jill has quickly helped to establish a high standard of excellence for our OEM websites.

Bruce is a 14-year automotive marketing veteran. A self-taught graphic designer who established his roots in traditional marketing, Bruce’s career has evolved with the emergence of digital marketing. As the chief innovator of the technology that powered the Dealer HD website platform, he also led the front-end UI/UX team. Today, Bruce is the VP of Operations at Dealer Inspire and Launch Digital Marketing, where he leads a team of 40+ digital marketing professionals. Bruce has two daughters, a very understanding wife, and despite the wishes of his children, no pets just yet.

James leads the development of Conversations at Dealer Inspire, bringing over 16 years of application development experience to the team. An architect at his core, James is uniquely talented in bridging the gap between technical details and end-user understanding, and is also very skilled in managing development teams and application development life cycles. Returning to his roots in the automotive application space, James is primed and ready to bring solutions that improve communications between automotive dealers and their customers.

Jennifer joined Dealer Inspire in 2013 as a content publisher, where she developed a passion for experimenting new ways to increase conversions. As a result, she was tasked with building our Analytics team from 1 to 10 employees, which provides the crucial data and analysis that drives our strategies. Jennifer now heads Operations, where she keeps the trains on time for several of our teams including Analytics, Design, Social Media, Email, SEO, and Video. In her spare time Jennifer is a baseball and dance mom, main dog walker for two lovable mutts (no, your kids will not walk the dogs they beg for), and enjoys up cycling curbside furniture.

Beginning his career as an Inside Sales Rep at Dealer.com in 2008, Mike worked his way up to creating, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the top dealer groups in the country. With experience in multiple roles along the way, Mike bring a well-rounded approach to consulting dealers on all facets of digital. He had the fortunate opportunity to work with two of the top software providers in automotive through acquisitions of Dealer.com — Dealertrack and Cox Automotive — deepening his knowledge of the dealership and vendor ecosystem.

Cara brings in-depth technical paid search knowledge to her team and our dealer partners, innovating every day with new paid search strategies and FUEL℠ features. Her passion for digital marketing began at Roosevelt University, where she ran successful fundraising campaigns for Relay For Life. Cara began at DI as a Paid Search Specialist and quickly grew into a leader, managing the entire team and all client paid search accounts. Outside of work, she loves dogs and spending time with her fiancé. She combines those passions by taking him to a dog park on Saturday mornings, even though they don't have a dog, which has caused several awkward interactions when people ask "which is yours?"

Misha is an automotive professional with a background helping OEMs and dealerships alike implement digital marketing and technology-enabled solutions to drive business. He began his career working for his family's business in Michigan, and later in client services for a large wealth management firm where he developed his leadership and creative problem solving skills. Today, Miroslav is responsible for managing Dealer Inspire's website production — focusing on strategy, forecasting, and planning. He is a car enthusiast and enjoys golfing, skiing, and cheering for Detroit sports teams in his free time.

Danny is the author of the best-selling books Search Engine Optimization Secrets and The Minimalist Mindset. Previously, he was the Senior SEO Manager at AT&T and the Lead SEO at Moz.com. On the topics of A.I., automation, and various other technologies, Danny has been invited to lecture at Google, Yale, and conferences on four different continents. He has been hired as a strategy or marketing consultant by AT&T, Comcast, Microsoft, Yelp, Facebook, NBCUniversal, Capital One, and now Dealer Inspire. Danny's expertise has been cited in Time Magazine, NPR, NBC, CBS, and his books, videos and articles have been translated into at least 10 different languages.

Jenae’s passion for development started at North Central College where she majored in Interactive Media Studies and minored in Computer Science. Starting out with basic HTML emails, her development skills have progressed into beautiful responsive websites. She strives every day to be innovative and up-to-date with new web trends. Jenae’s goal is to continue helping Dealer Inspire create an unprecedented platform for its clients while also working to grow a team of knowledgeable developers that continues to exceed goals.

Mike is a dynamic personality with a passion for the automotive space. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a Masters in Industrial Engineering in 2009, he began pursuing a profession in the automotive business by working as a freelance programmer. Mike worked on various automotive-related projects to fulfill his interests and to further develop his proficiency in the field. Joining the Dealer Inspire team in 2013, Mike is currently the Lead Inventory Developer, and his passion is developing new and exciting features for the DI platform.

Justin has deep roots in the automotive world, going back to his great-grandfather and grandfather who ran dealerships in the 60's and 70's. He worked his way into automotive advertising through a multiunit dealership, eventually spearheading an advertising agency acquired via that dealership group. In his first year directing those efforts, Justin helped grow business over 300%. Soon after, Justin served the role VP of Tier 2 at Dealer Inspire for over a year before become the Regional Manager for the South West. Justin's passion for digital advertising and automotive allow him to serve our clients everyday.

Ron has spent his entire career in automotive, bringing a millennials perspective to both the marketing and retail side of dealership operations. Starting out helping a dealership manage their website, he grew to oversee all marketing and eCommerce operations for multiple dealer groups in the midwest. During that time he also worked on Tier 2 advertising and consulted on internet sales process. Ron joined Dealer Inspire to share his industry expertise and passion for digital marketing. He has excelled in leading teams that provide clients with innovative strategy and exceptional customer service. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, craft beer, hiking, and spending time with his dog, Rogue.

Lindsay started her professional career in the automotive space over a decade ago on the agency side as an Account Manager, partnering with some of the largest dealer groups in the US. With a knack for digital strategy and a passion for client services, Lindsay also focused on her people management skills while becoming a leader at Dealer Inspire. In her Account Supervisor role, she coached and nurtured her team of Account Managers to grow professionally as individuals and as a team, which she continues to do today as Regional VP. Driven by communication and innovation, Lindsay thrives on facilitating the kind of client collaboration that builds lasting partnerships.

Allyn Hane

Allyn Hane

Allyn started his career in 'marketing' in the US Air Force, serving as photojournalist and editor of the base newspaper. Early on he learned that unique content speaks, convinces, and converts. Today, many years later, things have not changed, but the mediums and platforms have. When he's not working with account managers on new strategies and exciting changes to Google's eco-system of algorithms, he's probably in his front yard
filming the next episode of "The Lawn Care Nut;" a weekly DIY lawn care show on YouTube. With 75,000 subscribers and over 10 million views, Allyn doesn't just work in digital advertising, he is immersed by it. As you'd expect, he also enjoys long walks on the Gulf Coast Florida beaches he grew up on. His Instagram is full of sunsets that will make you cry.
